A once degraded, corn-on-corn parcel is now a thriving ecosystem. Learn about our efforts to restore this 164-acre landscape and how we are supporting immigrant, BIPOC, LGBTQ+. and emerging farmers reclaim their food sovereignty on the land.
During our walk, you’ll get an up close view of our regenerative agriculture practices, see a diversity of farming operations, enjoy the sounds and sights of Minnesota’s native wildlife, and much more!
Remember to dress for the weather and to bring water. Participants are welcome to pack a picnic lunch to enjoy at the farm following the tour. Translation services can be made available by emailing info@sharing-our-roots.org. Since Sharing Our Roots is a working farm, please keep pets at home.
This is a free public tour. Donations are welcome and greatly appreciated. Thank you for considering supporting our work.
