Catherine was born in Kenya and her parents were farmers. So she grew up farming and loves it. She came to Minnesota in 2001. She started growing in her backyard, then community gardens, and in COVID her expanded my operations. And now here she is. Here, she wants to sell at markets and with wholesale. And she wants to make friends when she is at the market, because that is what she did back home.
