Jenne Herbst

Jenne Herbst grew up on a multigenerational, 160-acre mixed-crop dairy farm outside of Ellendale, Minnesota. Jenne comes to Sharing Our Roots after many years living and working in large urban areas. She's worked in various fields including casting for television and film, education, libraries, and funeral services.

Jenne is excited to bring her many years of administrative experience to Sharing Our Roots. Jenne believes small-scale, sustainable agriculture is the way to rebuild communities, combat climate change, and create a healthier world for us all. In her free time, she advocates for libraries and intellectual freedom, and she writes about the working class in America.
