Anne Haddad

Anne Haddad is a longtime Northfield resident whose personal and professional path reflect a deep commitment to community, equity, and sustainability. As chair of the Northfield Area Fire and Rescue Service (NAFRS), she led a strategic planning process that resulted in the expansion and renovation of the local fire station and the acquisition of a new engine—investments that significantly improved emergency services for the region. Anne also served as the capital campaign consultant for the Northfield Area YMCA, helping bring a long-envisioned community asset to life.

Her work with farming and farmworkers includes a feasibility study for Owatonna-based Centro Campesino, a farmworker justice organization supporting Latino immigrants in southern Minnesota. Anne is the past program director at the Ceres Trust, which deepened her national leadership in sustainable agriculture, food justice, and racial equity through strategic grantmaking and partnership building.

Through Haddad Consulting and more recently as a consultant with Mighty Consulting, Anne works with nonprofits to design sustainable fundraising strategies, guide leadership transitions, and build internal capacity. With deep experience in nonprofit management, campaign strategy, and board service, Anne brings a thoughtful, mission-driven approach to every project. Her MBA strengthens her ability to support financial oversight and data-informed decision making—skills that empower boards and leadership teams to move forward with clarity and confidence. Above all, Anne is passionate about community building and helping organizations grow with purpose and integrity.
