Angelica Linder

Board Member

Angelica Linder is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia, and has been working alongside the Latino community and the Northfield Public Library for more than 10 years. As the library’s Outreach Services Manager, she leads initiatives focused on inclusive programming, community partnerships, and making services more accessible and welcoming to all. Angelica studied Hotel and Tourism Management at the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, and her work has been recognized through honors including the 2025 Library Journal Movers & Shakers Community Builder award and the 2023 City of Northfield Employee Excellence Award. She is also a member of REFORMA.

Angelica is passionate about creating spaces where people feel connected, represented, and supported. She is excited to join the board of Sharing Our Roots and contribute to its mission of community building, food access, and cultural connection. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing with her son during Colombia Live performances, and creating opportunities for connection, education, and community empowerment.
